Consider me officially shocked

Our short stay was a delightful surprise! The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a feast with local delights, enjoyed on the rooftop overlooking the stunning shrine. Plus, we couldn't beat the central location for exploring historical sites. Definitely returning for a longer stay to soak it all in!

unbelievable that this hotel claims to be 3 stars! the linen was dirty, and the breakfast was absurdly mushy. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade for such inconveniences, but no, just plain disappointment. not returning for a second round of this fiasco!

Persistent smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel!!! Poor management of maintenance issues such as non-functional air conditioning and broken showers!!! Inconsistent cleaning standards in bathrooms!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious suite we got upgraded to, and the amazing breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. We enjoyed winding down in the cozy lounge area and catching up on shows in the TV room. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty, but overall, it didn’t take away from our stay! 🌟

The location was incredibly convenient for exploring local attractions, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. Breakfast featured delicious artisan bread, along with a variety of traditional dishes, making the morning routine a highlight. However, the heating in our room was inadequate, and some areas showed signs of wear and needed renovations. the shower could definitely use updates. Despite some comfort issues, the overall experience had its bright spots with friendly personnel and a vibrant atmosphere.
